Standard Cancellation and Refund Schedule
More than 72 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: Full refund excluding service charges
Processing Time: 5-7 business days
Service Charge: €50 for transactions via credit card
Conditions: Must be submitted in a written format through email or telephone
24-72 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: Half the total cost of the charter
Processing Time: 7-10 business days
Service Charge: €25 subtracted from the refund amount
Conditions: Justifiable reason required; subject to administrative fees
Less than 24 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: Refunds not available
Exception: Emergencies may be considered on a case by case basis
Alternative: A voucher for future charters may be provided at the discretion of the management
Conditions: Supporting evidence required for emergency incidents
Weather-Related Cancellations
Our Weather Guarantee
We prioritize safety above all. If unsafe weather conditions for sailing are determined by our certified captain, we provide adaptable options:
- Full Refund: Granted if booking cannot be moved to another date
- Reschedule: You may relocate your charter to an upcoming available slot with no extra fees
- Charter Credit: A voucher valid for one year from the original date of the charter
Weather Evaluation Process
Our weather evaluation includes:
- Analyzing wind velocity and bearing
- Sea conditions and wave measurement
- Prediction of visibility and amount of precipitation
- Official announcements and precautionary measures by the Coast Guard
- Professional assessment of the captain regarding safety
Decision Timeline: Weather-related cancellations are decided at least 4 hours before the departure time.
Medical Emergency Refunds
Emergency Circumstances
We are aware emergencies can arise. The following scenarios might be eligible for exceptional consideration:
- Unexpected sickness or injury necessitating hospital care
- Loss of a family member
- Urgent military orders or deployment
- Mandatory presence for jury service or legal proceedings
- Severe weather or natural catastrophes impacting travel
Documentation for Emergency Situations
To request an emergency refund, please provide:
- Medical or hospital confirmation
- Death certificate when relevant
- Verification of military commands
- Notice of legal summons or jury duty
- Travel warnings or statements of emergency
Processing: Emergency refunds are executed within 3-5 business days after proper evidence has been submitted.
Operational Cancellations
Mechanical Difficulties
Should technical problems render your booked yacht inoperable:
- Substitution: We shall endeavor to supply a yacht of similar specifications
- Full Refund: Issued if no comparable yacht is accessible
- Partial Refund: If the replacement yacht's rates are different
- Reimbursement: Additional compensation might be considered for any inconvenience caused
Crew Availability Issues
In uncommon scenarios where crew certified for the chartered yacht is unavailable:
- Efforts will be made to secure alternate personnel
- Full refund is provided if the charter cannot proceed
- Options for rescheduling without extra fees will be offered

Refunds are remitted through the initial payment mode used during the reservation:
- Credit Cards: 5-7 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days
- Cash/Cheque: 3-5 business days

Credit Offer Scenarios
Credits for future charters may be proposed instead of refunds under certain conditions:
- Unexpected cancellations within 24 hours of departure
- Cancellations due to adverse weather conditions
- Voluntary requests to rearrange the charter
- Unforeseen service disruptions
Credit Conditions
- Validity Period: Effective for a year from the issuance
- Non-transferable: Credits cannot be transferred to other individuals
- Amount: Corresponds to the full price of the charter, without any processing fees
- Applicability: Can be used on any available yacht charters
- Expiry: Credits are not extendable after 12 months
Partial Service Refunds
Disruptions During Service
In case the charter is disrupted or has to end prematurely due to reasons within our control:
- A proportional reimbursement according to the unused duration
- A credit equal in value for future charter use
- Additional services or upgrades at no cost
Disruptions Caused by Guests
If the charter must be stopped early because of the behavior or safety infractions by the guests:
- Reimbursement is not provided for the time not used
- Entire payment is required
- Potential additional charges
Dispute Resolution
Should you contest a refund decision, available paths include:
- Appealing for a reassessment by our management
- Submitting supplementary evidence or documentation
- Engaging with consumer advocacy bodies
- Utilizing legal avenues under appropriate law

- All refund applications need to be made in writing
- Refunds are issued in € irrespective of the currency used for payment
- It is strongly recommended to obtain travel insurance
- This policy is subject to modification with a notice period of thirty days
- Refunds adhere to prevailing laws and taxation norms
