When you reserve a charter or use our Service, you are consent to abide by these Terms. Should you not agree with any of the terms here, you must refrain from using the Service.

2. Service Overview

CommunalResourceBank offers upscale yacht chartering services, including but not confined to:

  • Daily yacht rentals
  • Sunset cruises
  • Corporate retreats
  • Private events
  • Multi-day charters

Provision of services depends on their current availability and the weather conditions. We retain the authority to change or cease services at any given moment without notice.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

For charter booking, it is required of you to:

  • Have reached a minimum age of 18 years
  • Supply trustworthy and thorough details
  • Make the deposit payment as outlined in the booking confirmation
  • Confirm your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Only after we receive your payment and send a written confirmation is your reservation considered secure. We reserve the prerogative to deny service to anybody at our sole discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charter bookings are dependent on both the availability of vessels and favorable weather. We will strive to accommodate your selected dates and times as effectively as possible.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Every price is provided in € and includes taxes when applicable, unless indicated otherwise. Prices are susceptible to alterations without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of the complete cost of the charter due upon reservation
  • Balance: Must be settled 48 hours preceding the departure of the charter
  • Incidental expenses (if any): To be paid following the conclusion of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept payment via major credit cards, bank wire transfers, and certified cheques. All payments are processed using secure, encrypted platforms.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • More than 72 hours before departure: Full refund minus transaction fees
  • 24-72 hours before departure: Half of the amount refunded
  • Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund issued

5.2 Weather Cancellations

If our captain deems weather conditions to be unsafe, we will either:

  • Propose a new date for the charter at no additional cost
  • Issue a complete refund if rescheduling is not feasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If there are mechanical issues with the designated vessel, efforts will be made to arrange a suitable alternative. If an alternative is not available, a full refund will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All passengers are obliged to:

  • Comply with all directions from the crew
  • Utilize safety gear when instructed
  • Declare any health conditions that may impact their safety
  • Stay within specific areas of the yacht as directed

6.2 Prohibited Items

Certain items are forbidden on board the vessel:

  • Glass vessels
  • Illegal substances
  • Guns or other weapons
  • Excessive amounts of beverages (surpassing reasonable consumption)
  • Pets (unless they have been pre-approved)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers should behave respectfully at all times. We have the right to prematurely terminate a charter without a refund if a passenger's conduct is deemed unsafe or interferes with the enjoyment of other guests.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our liability is confined to the cost paid for your charter. We are not accountable for:

  • Personal injuries incurred due to passenger negligence
  • Any loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Indirect damages or punitive repercussions
  • Delays instigated by weather or circumstances beyond our regulation

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Comprehensive marine insurance has been obtained that covers our vessels and operations. It is the duty of passengers to secure their own travel and personal insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By taking part in our services, you recognize that maritime activities carry inherent dangers, and you take full responsibility for your safety.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to adjust itineraries, travel paths, or schedules in response to weather, safety concerns, or operational demands. We will endeavor to offer equivalent alternate options whenever feasible.

9. Force Majeure

Events beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, natural calamities, government interventions, port closures, or mechanical failures that lead to delays, cancellations, or alterations are scenarios where we are not held responsible.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed following our Privacy Policy. By engaging with our services, you grant consent to the gathering and application of your information as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All materials on our website, which include writings, visuals, emblems, and photographs, are secured by copyright and trademark laws. Reproducing, disseminating, or creating derived forms without our express written consent is prohibited.
